"Enough of them other's, I bring some much needed youth to the band! The drum has been my energy source for well over 14 years now and I have rocked many a brass band, choir, backbeat, Hip Hop, funk, soul and rock bands in that time!

Up until joining The Mighty Monkey, I was considered to have a delicate touch, but over time with Smokin' Monkey, I have become a 'Hard Hitting Soul Brother' in the style of Keith Moon. I do keep a delicate touch for certain occasions, but I'm not playing drums then, but that's another story! I also like to smile a lot and feel I bring a ray of sunshine to the band."

What Are Your Favourite Types Of Music?
Chart music, soul, funk, electric & acoustic jazz, disco & Cuban rhythms and obviously legends of rock.

Favourite Acts?
Jamiroquai, Yellowjackets, Brecker Brothers, Giles Peterson, Chic, Genesis, Led Zeppelin, Bill Withers and everything from Abba to Zappa, as long as it has got good rhythm!

Fingers or Pick?
Fists, mate! Give it handfulls!

Kit
Yamaha 9000 Series Drum Kit with Zildjian, Sabian and Paiste cymbals. I also use & abuse 5B Vic Firth or Chad Smith Funk Blaster drumsticks!
